PACK EXPO Las Vegas has created a new Containers & Materials Pavilion. Located in the front of the South Hall, this exhibit area will feature the latest innovations in materials, containers, and converting machinery. Food Processing Machinery EXPO will focus on the newest developments in processing technology to meet the challenges faced by the industry's food and beverage manufacturers. Food Processing Machinery EXPO exhibitors will demonstrate processing technologies in the fruit and vegetable, beverage, fresh produce, prepared foods, meat, bakery/snack, confectionery, grain mill/cereal, dairy, and snack food industries. | CONFERENCE PROGRAM: | PACK EXPO Las Vegas/Food Processing Machinery EXPO 2003 will once again sponsor the "Conference at PACK EXPO." The conference will run Monday, October 13 to Wednesday, October 15. The Conference will feature a broad range of presentations covering RFID technology, the latest FDA packaging regulation initiatives under the Bio-terrorism Preparedness Act and trends in food cans, closures, meat and poultry trays and glass packaging. Packaging professionals attending the Conference will learn more about these important topics as well as other emerging technologies and trends.
